You can end existing pregnancies with the MasterController base mod plus its Cheats add-on. Click on City Hall and select:
NRaas > MC > Sim > Advanced > Pregnancy > End Pregnancy
X out the filter, then choose all the sims you don't want to be pregnant. This should only list the currently pregnant sims, so it should be easy to find the males among them. An MC reset (Advanced > Reset Sim) afterwards wouldn't hurt either.
I'm not sure from your description why male sims are getting pregnant in the first place though. Do you use StoryProgression? If so, try setting Pregnancy: Allow Can Be Pregnant to False for the male caste. SP should catch and end any existing pregnancies within a few sim-hours, although this is more prevention than a fix for your current issue.
I'm not suggesting you necessarily need to add SP if you don't already use it. If some other mod is allowing males to become pregnant, simply changing its settings should be enough, since male sims shouldn't get pregnant without mod help of some kind. You can list the mods you've installed here, and someone will probably be able to tell you which one is causing the pregnancies.
Since you only just downloaded Woohooer, that isn't likely to be the reason your male sims are getting pregnant, but you can make sure it's not allowing males to get pregnant at all. Set this to false:
Woohooer > Try for Baby > Species: Human > Allow Same Sex Try for Baby > False
or
Woohooer > Try for Baby > Species: Human > Autonomous Male-Male Try for Baby > False
(if you want your F/F couples to be able to autonomously try for baby)
NRaas > MC > Sim > Advanced > Pregnancy > End Pregnancy
X out the filter, then choose all the sims you don't want to be pregnant. This should only list the currently pregnant sims, so it should be easy to find the males among them. An MC reset (Advanced > Reset Sim) afterwards wouldn't hurt either.

It should also be noted that adding Woohooer while these pregnant sims are already in labor or soon about to be may be too late for it to do any good with the infinite birthing loop glitch. It might be best to terminate those pregancies anyway if this is going to continue to happen with those particular sims/labors.

Ok I ended all male pregancies. yes i have MC, SP, ttraveler, overwatch, error trap and woohooer.
i have a problem , i removed all castes because i didn want to play with them, idk why

A caste is merely a group of sims, a subset of your world's population. By removing all castes, you have removed any controls that the SP mod places on males, females, the various age and occult groups. This is not recommended as now any controls over who can get whom pregnant (just one of very many examples) are gone, There would also be no chance to set up SP for Rotational Play, if this is desired.
You don't have to spend hours learning about the deep intricacies of how castes work if you don't want to, but you can't play with SP as the mod is intended to work with all castes removed. That essentially breaks the mod.

I'm surprised that the total reset didn't, well, reset everything. But what you can do instead is remove SP entirely, play the save for at least a few sim-minutes, save, quit, and add SP back in. Since mod settings are stored within the save, removing SP should remove all its data so that when you add it back, it has only default settings.
Be sure to delete scriptCache.package both after you remove SP and when you add it back.

For future reference, a less intrusive way to restore the default built-in castes along with the other settings is to start up a new game, use Overwatch to export SP's starting out settings, discard the new game, and then import the settings back into the existing game. Removing the mod and then later after a game session putting it back works too, but is a bit more awkward to manage.
