If this is happening upon startup, then I would have to say you have a "bad" save that cannot load fully. You might try clearing (deleting) the five cache files on the top level of the TS3 user game folder if you don't already routinely do this and trying again. And then perhaps try again but with only NRaas mods in play (and the caches cleared again; AwesomeMod is okay to keep in if you have that one too). If still no good, then perhaps try loading the backup save that the game makes automatically or any other save you may have from slightly prior in the game's timeline.

This is all assuming you do not have a heavy-handed mod like KinkyWorld in play that is conflicting with NRaas mods and that would be impossible to remove without breaking the ongoing game further.

I doubt that it's a same-gender pregnancy specifically that is breaking things. Woohooer doesn't actually unlock same gender pregnancies, what it does is allow sims to generate them by woohooing. But they have always been available by other means such as story progression (via the SP mod or others) and MasterController player-directed commands like Pollinate.

Okay I solved it. But my pregnant sim is half invisible, the child is born and he's totally invisible. What can I do?

A pregnant sim missing their midsection would probably mean that you do not have CC maternity (or paternity) clothes installed and available to them -- this would be the case with males or teens of any gender since the game does not provide for these sims to be pregnant on their own. A great selection of such maternity (paternity) clothes is available from MTS and other places. That wouldn't apply to the baby although perhaps their outfits need to be reassigned.

But a sim who is no longer pregnant not able to be player-controlled is again I am afraid more of a sign of game save corruption. Do you have Overwatch and especially ErrorTrap in play to help prevent this kind of thing from happening, and is ErrorTrap producing any script error logs that we should be looking at?

Install ErrorTrap and Overwatch and see if either produce any script errors you can provide us. Also installing MasterController might help to use it to reset the Sim. Inducing same sex pregnancy without male maternity clothes does produce the invisible issue but once the baby is born they should have went back to normal. How exactly did you induce birth?

At the risk of sound indelicate here, I believe Chain was asking what you might have done to get the baby out of the pregnant sim (induce birth), not how you got the baby into the sim (conception). But I could have been reading that wrong...
