I have to ask though, are we talking about attractive as in the other sims are pleasant to be around (this gives the moodlet) or attractive as in your sim wants/tries to flirt, romance, or more with anyone they can? There isn't anything wrong with platonic attraction and some sims score really high on the game's attraction formula no matter what if they have for example a whole lot of money or high celebrity status.
Or...do you mean that your blood-related household members find each other attractive? That shouldn't be happening on default settings, but it's easy to adjust if this is what you are seeing.

I downloaded the Woohooer mod, just to unlock the romantic interactions between teenagers, but I wanted to try the Scoring module out of curiosity, but for me it's too much ...

Besides erasing the usual things that are taken away when replacing a mod

Both the mod and its Scoring module are totally removable with no harm done. Of course, if you remove the mod itself then there can be no teen romance but it sounds like that isn't what you planning to do.
Is what you are seeing happening with all sims in your game or just those with flirt-friendly traits? The module's trait based scoring feature in particular may be what's doing that. Those sims who are more inclined towards monogamy will not gnerally, in my experience anyway, behave this way all the time if they are partnered.

Exactly, I'd like to keep the mod and just remove its Score module ...

Set your Romance \ Interaction Level: Steady to Partner to hide flirt interactions for Sims who are engaged. There are additional interaction levels for married sims, single Sims and for the woohoo interaction you can adjust to your liking too.

If it bothers you to have your married or partnered sim get the "attractive company" moodlet around a sim who is not their partner, set your interaction levels as wanted (Married to Spouse, Steady to Partner), such as mentioned above. Then get your sim in a room with the other and do a "scan room". This seems to reset the attraction scoring and the moodlet will be gone (forever, in my experience) between those sims.
I am rarely offended by the things my sims get up to, as long as there isn't any autonomous cheating once they are partnered. But occasionally I really really Do Not Want that moodlet between two sims, so I was glad to find a way to get rid of it.

They are not. Each mod saves it's setting independently. However, Overwatch has a function to export/import settings which exports/imports the settings of all our mods together.
