this has definitely been asked a few dozen (hundreds?) of times but i’m gonna ask it one more time in hopes of being the thread that “fixes” the problem.

i’ve noticed that before the woohooer mod that when you got to alluring or extremely irresistible you’d have interactions like “first kiss” “amorous hug” “hold hands” etc. no matter what your relationship is with the other sim. i could be acquainted with a sim and still imitate a “first kiss” or “confess attraction” which would move the relationship into romantic attraction.

but with woohooer installed (and i’d like to keep it installed) you have to be friends with a sim before getting the option for any of the above mentioned interaction. i’m a patient lady so i don’t usually mind the extra work but say i have a play through where i don’t want to wait for friendship before i can reach “first kiss” or “amorous hug”? how do i change the interaction settings with woohooer? is it even possible?

In whohooer documentation page you can find all in-game options explained, search for user directed or liking gate

And set it to anyone instead of default.

thank you for such a speedy reply! i didn't ask this but it was definitely on my mind: how the heck do i make it so woohoo options don't pop up all the time??? changing romantic liking gate to user directed helped, but sims still have to be friends before you get all the romantic social interactions (confess attraction, first kiss, amorous hug, embrace, flirtatious joke, etc.)
when they're just acquaintances all i get are: flirt, pick line, compliment personality/appearance, massage, etc. but as they say patience is a virtue and i will just need to be patient with my sims to get all the interactions

You can manually change the relationship between sims with Mastercontroller. So you don't need to wait

I don't know what is responsible for the limitation of friendship level in whohooer, if it is normally not the case?

i'm not sure either but i do have a bit of a nraas cocktail going on (MC, Overwatch, SP, Saver, Portrait Panel, Error Trap, and Mover, plus I have the KamaSimtra add-on) so it could be more than just base woohooer that's causing the romantic interaction gatekeeping (for lack of a better word). either way, using MC to help along the relationship or just being patient might be what's best for right now! i appreciate all the help C-Dark

i don't have scoring installed which might be the issue (i'll install it and then get back to ya)

quick update:
i installed woohooer scoring, that (unfortunately) didn't inherently fix the problem but I'm sure some false > true or true > false and some number changing might fix it from there i just don't know which of those to change, yet
i did do a quick test and took anything woohooer out of my nraas mods folder and all romantic interactions were available for sims who were just acquaintances, i'm going to just add woohooer back without add-ons and see what happens.

quick update 2.0:
i put just woohooer back into the mods and romantic interactions got sparse again. when the sims are friends though the interaction list is endless. perhaps woohooer is trying to teach us a lesson in love? yada yada real love blossoms from friendship yada yada

if i toggle false, all it gives me are woohoo options before "extremely irresistible."
