Hey!
My teenage sim can't woohoo with his stepmom. His father betrayed her so I made him leave the household and wanted the teenager to be the woman's new boyfriend. They can kiss etc. but there's no woohoo interaction in the menu, whether I click on one of the sims or the bed. Yes, I have adult-teenager woohoo and other needed options unlocked. Any ideas?

With both of them in the same room and the game clock paused, click on NRaas > Woohooer > General > Debugging > True. All romance interactions will then show, but the unavailable ones will be greyed out. What do you see as a tooltip popup if you hover your mouse over the Woohoo interaction?
Some examples, STC Fail means Short Term Context Fail -- not enough consistent flirting or the moods/timing just aren't right to get to Sim A thinks Sim B is being irresistible (enough) for Woohoo to show up. Progression Denied means that story progression is blocking the interaction. These and others are more fully explained here.
Be sure to switch off the Debugging option before moving the game clock forward again or else game performance will greatly suffer as the utility will keep generating worldwide attraction logs that we don't really need.
Does this help at all?

I did it. It says 'interaction level fail'.

As described in the FAQ igazor linked:
"Interaction Level Fail"
Perhaps you changed a setting to prevent married sims from flirting outside their relationship, or something similar? If you're not sure how this works, please read this section of the same guide:

"Interaction Level Fail"
- You have the "Woohoo \ Interaction Level" level set at a level for which your current sims have not yet achieved
- Change the option to a lower level, such as "Default", or change the relationship between the two sims to match your required settings (such as get them married).

Woohoo interaction not showing up
Ok, so turns out the problem was caused by the relationship level needed to woohoo (or whatever it's actually called) being set to 'every romantic relationship'. Since after the first kiss you get the 'Romantic Interest' with the heart icon, I was sure it counted as such, so I didn't even try to change this thing to 'default'. Anyway, problem solved, thanks for your help guys!
