Sims go to Woohoo but don't
So whenever I have my played sim send a Woohooty text to an unplayed sim, they'll come over for fun. It runs (semi) smoothly but whenever the sim tries to get into bed with my sim, they'll do the action as if they can't interact with the object. I know for a fact there's enough space for the sim to get into bed but I think the game goes "these sims aren't together so they shouldn't be in the same bed". Is there any way to bypass this just for a meet up? I don't necessarily want to completely bypass it if i can.
Sims go to Woohoo but don't
Can you give us more details please?
Like
- do you play with Storyprogression?
- can they go into the same bed or is one standing there stomping with the feed?
- what ages are your sims?
- what do you mean with "to an unplayed sim", a real residential sim living in town, or a service sim, a role sim?

One just stomps.
Young Adults/Adults.
I think they live in town but I can't be sure. They don't seem to be a service/role sim.
And as far as I can tell, I don't have any woohooer settings that would block this from happening. Like I can click on the Woohoo interaction but they just can't get into bed together.

Can you check their family tree? Are they in any way relatives?i0brendan0 wrote: ↑April 3rd, 2023, 6:02 pmLike I can click on the Woohoo interaction but they just can't get into bed together
Did you link Whoohooer with SP?
Did you ever tuned something about beds in Retuner?

Sims go to Woohoo but don't
We've had a number of threads on this topic over the years. I believe the common conclusion is that sims will not share a bed with a complete stranger. How much they really need to know each other and what status (friendly vs. romantic) they really need to have for the second sim to get into that bed may vary and may depend on traits and other factors depending on which version of woohoo scoring is in use.
So we could try to fight the game itself to address that or perhaps we could give these sims a different object in/on which to woohoo? I mean, not that I would really want to spend the next day sanitizing the kids' tree house after the fact, but why is the bed a requirement?

Yes I linked Woohooer with SP.
No I never touched anything with beds in Retuner.
I'd rather always use the bed if it's available. It just feels best story wise. I feel like I've heard of a mod that makes it possible for any sim to share a bed but I can't remember where it was. Would utilizing something like that be possible? Or even giving the sims some sort of temporary buff/moodlet to make them able to get in bed together?igazor post_id=94264 time=1680560753 user_id=6716 wrote: We've had a number of threads on this topic over the years. Check their relationship status and maybe set higher if needed. And check the values too, you can change it with Mastercontroller.
They must be Friend, Good Friend, Old Friend, Romantic Interest or higher to share the same bed.

I think the problem isn't that they need to be friend or higher to share a bed, but that a woohooty text can be sent when they arent at an applicable stage so when they go to woohoo, they can't.
Something that I just thought of, would it be so bad to have woohooer set them to romantic interests upon the accepting of a woohoo through it? even temporarily?
Sims go to Woohoo but don't
Set with
MC their relationship to friends.
This is very easy to do.
Or look in relationship panel and slide the value up.

This shouldn't be an issue. Are you sure they can access both sides of the bed?
