sims disappearing while travelling

Hi!
Every time I travel once I arrive to the world my sim disappears and the game asks me to choose a family to play with.
Could someone help me?

Do you have Traveler, ErrorTrap and Overwatch installed? Are there any script errors produced? Drag and drop them from your Documents \ The Sims 3 folder on to the text box at the bottom here so they can be reviewed.

I found out that this is happening not in all the worlds and that I can find the travelling sims among the families living there (but I can use the phone to go back home). This is strange and never happened before

my game is working very badly and constantly crashing so I had to remove many things including errortrap that apparently was creating an error - the other two are installed

ErrorTrap doesn't "create" errors. It reports them. Removing it just removes any assistance it may have in helping stabilize your game and hides the errors in the background.
The MSC or More Sims Club mod is broken and causing some of your grief, remove it.
The Sim you are traveling with has broken outfits, possibly from corrupt CC. Try removing any custom outfits, hair, and such you may have and try the travel with ErrorTrap installed. If that doesn't work, try installing DebugEnabler then use Fix Invisible Sims under it on City Hall before traveling.

It is going much better now, thanks! My sim could go back home from vacation

I still have some errors and crashing, is there a way I can check those error files and eventually fix them?

I think it is something I installed - I recently moved everything to a different computer, deleted and reinstalled everything, but I guess I still have something wrong

All of those are a mix of harmless routing errors and ErrorTrap reporting things it cleaned up from your saves. Those type of logs will be produced often on every load and can be safely ignored. The one's that are reported via notification in game are the one's that should concern you.
