Hello all, hope you're well!
I'd love to take my sims for trips to dreamy-looking destination custom worlds and even potentially make my sims live permanently in those worlds. Now, to stay on theme with the custom world, I would like to know if it's possible to customize + control the appearance of townie populations in the custom worlds, the way EA does with the France, Egypt and China townies?
I'm looking to set realistic looks for locals, vis-à-vis default skin tones, hair colors, eye colors, maybe some sort of "default" clothing for each age phase, etc.
Is there a way to make this happen? Thanks in advance!

I think you are going to have to do that kind of thing manually by repopulating the worlds with sims of your own creation, SP Immigration relying on binned households you place there for genetic sources, or by CAS editing the sims who are already there. Once they begin reproducing with each other and/or you allow SP Immigration, then you can have some say over the sims' genetics goring forward as mod settings are world specific. Clothing is not really reachable by mods in any way I can think of other than Dresser and its blacklist functions.

That makes sense, thank you!
Last questions: can Nraas Dresser blacklisting rules be restricted to a specific world? I don't think so? If not, it'd mean only loading the blacklisting rules on a specific save?

They can be restricted to a specific world type but not world. So Base, Vacation, University, Future, Downtown.MissPatTS3 wrote: ↑March 11th, 2021, 11:08 amLast questions: can Nraas Dresser blacklisting rules be restricted to a specific world? I don't think so?
