Do you need WA for this mod?

I don't have many EPs and think this looks interesting but do you need WA to play this? I only have ambitions and generations and university installed....

That used to be the case many years/versions ago. But currently no, WA is not required to use the Traveler mod -- obviously you cannot travel to the three WA destinations in particular without the EP, but you can to and from other worlds that you have installed.
