So I'm getting constant (one a second) script errors every time I visit a vacation world (but not non-vacation traveler worlds e.g. hidden springs). I think this might have happened because I moved my family from isla paradiso to monte vista (by saving to the bin not via traveler) but I had already been to China and I had a few different adventures I had already completed.
I've tried deleting the nhd file, clearing caches and doing a full reset via MC. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try adding Register. The errors are all about filling a "foreign role," i.e. one of the merchants, and Register governs the assignment of role sims.
