Sims not going to work while using Traveler
With the Traveler mod, I have my sims living in Shang Simla with "Treat As Vacation" turned to false. Yet when my sim has 1 hour left till work it says "work wont start for 1 hour." Then at the exact time to start work, it says "its not your work hour, come back in one day" What can i do to fix this?

I take it that you have placed a rabbithole down corresponding to the sim's career? The WA worlds don't have any career rabbitholes in them by default. But I'm also pretty sure that option is only meant to function in custom destinations, which means not the WA worlds but other worlds that you may have installed and can vacation to.

Well i noticed that the townie sims are getting and going to jobs, just my sims cant

They will do that if you provide rabbitholes and then any form of story progression that is present allows and pushes them to. I mean, they are actual residents of those worlds. But that doesn't change the fact that your actively played sims are on vacation, so the game is officially in vacation mode even when Traveler > Treat as Vacation is set to False. I'm not sure what is so different about Shang Simla as a destination in this regard as opposed to say Bridgeport or Riverview, am just going by what the mod's documentation says.

I ended up just changing hometown permanently to Shang Simla and it worked, thanks.
