It's still going up way over 60, it even went over 200 for a bit

What are you using to cap the FPS? The Nvidia Control Panel or Nvidia Inspector or something else?

I had just set it in my in game settings, didn't realize I had to change it somewhere else as well. I'm not very familiar with a lot of computer stuff, my brother usually does this for me Anyway, I changed the cap through NVidia control panel and now it does properly cap and my game isn't crashing anymore when I have my sim travel so it seems all is good
