Have you installed the base version of Mastercontroller? Are you looking for the options the cheats module adds under NRaas / Mastercontroller?

Do the MasterController base mod's commands show up where expected but it's just the Cheats ones that remain missing?

Try clearing (deleting) the scriptCache.package file on the top level of your TS3 user game folder in Documents if you don't already do this on a regular basis. If that doesn't do it, try downloading MC Cheats again and replacing what you have with a fresh copy.

Also worth mentioning, the MC Base mod and MC Cheats have to be compatible versions with each other. If you had an older version of MC from long ago and only just added MC Cheats, the versions may not match. Try with a fresh, current copy of both the base mod and its add-on modules like MC Cheats.

Are you saying that the MC base mod alone works as it should, but it's strictly the addition of the MC Cheats module that does not?

The versions of MasterController and MC Cheats have to match or be compatible each other. I mean, yes the game's patch level too but there have been 135 releases of MC over the years and all of them have been compatible with what were current game patch levels at the time. Please confirm that you have MasterController and MC Cheats, both version 134 (or 135 on the base mod if you are using the beta testing version) and not some other combination. If you are unsure, download both the base mod and the cheats add-on again and replace what you have.

Be sure to clear (delete) the scriptCache file whenever the contents of Mods\Packages changes in any way.

Also be sure you are not accidentally using the MC Progression module without StoryProgression also present. SP not being present will cause the MC Progression module to crash the game on startup every time as it's meant to be bridge between the two base mods.

If I have not described your situation correctly or none of the above stops the crashing, please let us know and we'll move on to the next phase of troubleshooting.
