I have a couple of questions

Post by LaBlue0314 » October 5th, 2018, 8:01 am

I am adjusting some settings in my game, and I came across a part it is under the Assassination module where it says Maximum Liking Gate.  At default, it is set to 0, with a choice of setting it from -101 to 101.  My question is is the -100 a negative relationship and 101 is a positive relationship before a kill is allowed?

My second question is where or how do I locate the detailed information of what the different settings do in this mod on this site?  I attempted to just do a google search but it kept bringing me to the main page.

I never use that module, but yes the range would mean negative/positive relationship scores. It's impossible to have a relationship score of 101, so I think that would mean anyone can be killed as it would be impossible to have a "good enough" relationship to be granted immunity. Similarly for -101, that's impossible so I take that to mean no one can be killed since all sims would be liked "enough" to be immune. Other can/should correct me if I've got that wrong.

The mods' Interactions documentation pages got (edit: not ruined but slightly bruised) during the site transition. They are being worked on.

Thank you for letting me know about MID pages getting ruined, I was thinking I was doing something wrong.

As far as the assassination question, I've never played with this part and was mainly curious to see how destructive that mod could be on its own devices.  There are some nasty sims who keep dishing it out, wanting to see some of their victims get a little payback.

Ruined is probably a strong word. There are some issues with the scripting for them that I didn't discover until I put them here due to caching tools that exist here but not in my development environment due to incompatibility with Windows. The issue is being addressed.
