I notice that the Chance of Misunderstanding is static. Perhaps a parameter added, kCyberWoohooMisunderstandingReductionPerLogicSkillLevel (default 1), which (to be redundant) reduces the chance of misunderstanding proportional to your Logic skill? Kama Simtra skill itself is also an obvious candidate for reducing the percentage chance, although perhaps less so (people who are good at WooHooing aren't necessarily good at discerning the gender of a writer through a screen).

That way, people who are good with computers are able to discern their potential partners a little bit better. It's still almost impossible to get the sims to CyberWooHoo in general, but at least this adds some emergent gameplay to the concept instead of being too "high risk" for strictly hetero- or homosexual sims to bother with.
