I've lost the ability to "Go Here" in my game. I tried saving + reloading but no luck.
If I do a reset all, do my sims that have more than 5 traits lose the extra traits? Also do they lose their skill levels etc? and/or is there another way to fix this?

Dang... Hard rebooted and reset everything and still can't click "Go Here"

Saving this here as I go through all of these:
- NRAAS Master Controller with Cheats to reset the town. City Hall > NRAAS > MC > Town > Reset Everything.
- Regul Save Cleaner for cleaning up your Save.
- Delphy's Dashboard to see if it's bad CC, corrupt files or conflicting mods causing issues.
- NRAAS Saver for more frequent saving on a new name. Don't use only Save and save over the same file. That leads to corruption and files going bad fast, plus save file bloat.
- ErrorTrap and Overwatch for fixing in-game issues/lag/recovering missing Sims, etc.
- If it's a long save with a big family, might be of use to save them and a house to a library (if the regular Move to option doesn't work) and start anew in a new world. NRAAS Porter should help in keeping some relationships when moving.
- Go into The Sims 3 > Saves, is your current save file ending in .bad? That's a corrupt file that needs out yesterday, and you need to revert back to a previous one.
- Remove your Mods folder fully from TS3 folder. Start a fresh save and see if you still have issues. If not, a 50/50 method with the mods to see if it's one of them causing issues. A more manual version of Dashboard.
- There's a pinned FAQ post containing links to game optimisation, saving, Error 12 and more that could be of use as well.

someone can anwser this better but maybe you have to start a new world i believe sims never lose there skills levels and extra traits may lose if you visit another world

What do you mean can't click it? Is the option there? Is there an error generated when you click it?

- Literally nothing pops up. The UI doesn't display the option at all.
- I click on objects and get a UI interaction but not places. I can't even get a response from clicking on a house "visit household" doesn't display either...

Update: I rolled back to a previous save. It seems to be working for now.

Just to expand on what was said already; but doing a "reset all" to the town harms nothing, it helps a lot.The only "issue" I've seen using this option is that many Sims outside of the active lot get their personal inventories dumped into their family inventories, but that seems to happen when they are stuck-reset by overwatch as well. I do a clean-up of family inventories now and then too. Many of us use the "reset all" function on City Hall on a regular basis to keep the game going smoothly. Doors and other things can get stuck or glitched and doing a regular reset of the town after every few real-time hours of play is a good idea.
Also, I found it's best to do them right after 3am when Overwatch has run its clean-up. You get fewer disruptions of workers and schools and it just causes less chaos.-

If you still have the save, install the OnProcessEventCallbackReporting tuning package from the Errortrap page and try clicking. Omg I just found the problem! I deleted a property that my sim owned and then deleted the lot and that's what caused "go here" to not appear.
