Okay so I installed 2.1 smooth patch... and now my cas is A PAIN. LIKE really, unplayable. I'd rather not use the showing in one window Master Controller function. Is there anything I could do to make it less laggy? It takes forever to load, and I use all DLCS + CC

Did you install the .package file(s) that come with the Smooth Patch? If so, take it/them out; they're incompatible with MasterController. The files that go in the Bin folder should be fine.

So I'm supposed to take all the packages out? Just use the launcher and the things that come with the zip file? Except for packages?
BTW during normal gameplay and also during cas the game is still crashing.. i feel hopeless tbh

It sounds like the hospital crash has been resolved, but we have moved on to other issues that were present in your game.

The easiest way to know if the package is causing issues would be to simply take it out and check. The patch itself still improves performance without the packages installed. It was my understanding that the newest version of the package doesn't apply its CAS changes if MC is installed, and so shouldn't be an issue, but again it is simple to test. But yes, the CAS speed improvements are what were incompatible with MC CAS.

Very long load times and long CAS loading sounds like the standard experience for using all EPs and this many mods on a system that isn't handling it. The new crashes, which I assume aren't happening at a specific time like the hospital crashes, are likely memory limit related or CC related.
You may have to go without MasterController if you want the Smooth Patch CAS speed. It may also be time for general performance changes to be made- such as using fewer mods, 50/50ing your CC to see if any of it is the crash culprit, so on. nraas - TIPS FOR BETTER GAME PERFORMANCE

If you don't mind the tedium of benchmarking, you may even want to remove all custom content and disable the expansions temporarily to time how long the loading times are. Then add content back slowly, prioritising the things you definitely need/want, and test each time to see if you are satisfied with the effect it has on loading and if any crashes occur. If you aren't too familiar with that kind of testing, you could also post your computer specs for suggestions of where to start

How do I check my PC specs? Sorry I'm actually a noob I only know how to put mods and cc and use s3pe sometimes. LOL. Also I've spent like 20 minutes playing RN?!! So success. I'm trying to delete some cc I don't use in the meantime (I use the mod organizer from modthesims by gokur, so it shouldn't affect my game since the files in the game are the one's that are merged. Also another move is unmerging the files I've merged myself (i have like 20 packages of merged furniture, 200mbs each). So that's what I also do in the meantime, so it doesnt get merged twice by the program (a person has told me that's the right thing to do, and I think the same, its unnecessary for the game to merged the things twice). And deleting the files i don't need from these exact merged files. But there's a lot of checking to do... i have almost 10k files in my mods folders...... I KNOW ITS BAD.

The game has been running fine for like 2 hours, I clicked on the map to zoom on the hospital, crashed again. taking out the hospital mod completely rn again EDIT: Opened the game again, played for a few mins. Another crash. IDK!

Did you delete the the cache files in your the Sims 3 folder after moving the hospital mod out?

Also did you try to delete and replace the hospital lot in edit town?

I delete my cache and do save cleaning using regul save cleaner each time before i open the game.

You have not specified your GPU. If you have a very old version of the graphics driver, you should update it, at least as a preventative measure. From the rest of the specs, I can say that your computer should be able to handle TS3 without problems.

I don't clear my saves that often, only when they get very large or I notice that it takes longer to load the town. I don't see the point of clearing saves before every launch, because the game should restore all thumbnails.

Most likely your problem is not related to the hospital and is something else. Have you already tried to play only with NRaas mods, without third-party mods and other custom content?

the gpu is NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650 Super, I also think the game should work fine . I havent tried it yet, im convinced it has to be some of the cc or non - nraas mods, i just have no idea how to check it - how to get through all of my cc
