Hi everyone! To a young Sim without a job, I looked for a job in business through the newspaper, only that the next day (1 day of work) an important car arrived and her career in business was already at level 4! How come? shouldn't you start from the bottom as a coffee carrier?

If your sim has f.i. a university degree for business, the job career starts at a higher level.

Or if you worked in the part-time business career as a teenager, that can transfer over, too.
