When creating a custom opportunity for a custom career, and using this code snippet for instance:

<CompletionWinReward1>CareerRaise,10</CompletionWinReward1>

Would anyone know what 'CareerRaise' is meant to be here?

1) I understand it as a raise of 10% of the current hourly revenue, and not a one-time $10 raise, is that correct?
2) What "type" of raise is that? Because after getting a raise that feels like it was a 10% raise, I got another message saying that my sim had a "permanent extra" raise of $2/hr. I'm a bit confused by what type of raise the 'CareerRaise' reward gives exactly.
