Hi!

I just found out "Degree: Allow" and other Degree options were included in StoryProgression, but I don't see them. I downloaded the newest versions of SP and all the add-ons I wanted, but I still don't see it. Is there a specific add-on (like Careers, Relationships, etc.) that needs to be downloaded first, or am I missing something?

This is hidden if you have Career: Allow Progression set to false in the caste.

No, you weren't missing something but the website was. It's all fixed now though. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

I'm glad I was able to help you. Unfortunately, I don't have it set to false, but the Degree interactions still don't show.

Well, that's strange. What's the exact path you're following in-game to see them?

They should appear in several places:

1. City Hall or any computer / NRaas / Story Progression / Town Options
2. City Hall or any computer / NRaas / Story Progression / Caste Options / Adults
3. City Hall or any computer / NRaas / Story Progression / Caste Options / Females
4. City Hall or any computer / NRaas / Story Progression / Caste Options / Males

They're probably in a few of the other Caste Options menus as well but this should give you enough examples of where to look.

Do you not see them in any of these places?

Is University installed? Are you using Origin, Steam or disc and what patch level? If using Origin and patch 1.69 make sure it is actually checked off and loading up. If disc are you using Ralphaelninja's Game Selector?

I just looked at I don't see them under any of the options. I do have University installed and it's patched to the latest version. I'm using Origin. By checked off, do you mean checked or unchecked? I'm sure it's checked now because the Social Influence cues are showing up.

Make sure it's checked the launcher that comes with patch 1.69 sometimes unchecks EP's and SP's.
The only other thing I can think of is you might have another mod that's inferring.
Also try letting the game run for about a minute or two unpaused before looking for the Degree Options.

If University is definitely 'checked' in the Launcher and was before, when you still couldn't see the options, one more thing to try would be to download fresh copies of Story Progression and its modules. Then delete your old copy, install the new one, delete the "scriptCache.package" file and reload your game. Do you see the degree options after doing this?

I did download fresh copies after seeing they weren't there the first time, but when I did, I just "replaced" the old ones with the new ones, so I may have to delete the files first, then reinstall them again. I also didn't delete "scriptCache.package" when I did it before, so next time I play, I'll do that. I'll be sure to give an update when I do.
