My Sims want to keep swimming in the home pool even in the fall and winter. Is there a way to keep them from swimming except in the summer months when it's warm?

Do you have Retuner installed allready?
With it you can tune by clicking on the object also for seasons.

Note: what you set there is global.
Maybe change your lot and create the pool in the basement/cellar instead of the outside, this way the seasons are irrelevant

I was thinking more along the lines that I might gate the pool off and keep sims locked out of it during the colder seasons. Might cause some foot stomping though, if they are aware the pool is there and they just can't route to it.
