The only OW setting I touched was having TCE on but it also happened with 122b and 121 but I noticed that each time it happened I would get a freezing lag around 10 sim minutes before the reset

Found out what is happening it seems that the time I get this lag and resetting is also when every single mixologist and bouncer are getting assigned and heading to their post I varied the starting times for the clubs and that seems to have stopped it...as long as you don't use Ultra Speed
Seems OW is a little sensitive to the lag caused by Roles sims being assigned at least in BP
