Mod Updater Tagger Highlighted Testing

Tagger Highlighted Testing

Just a couple of items:
1. Tagger and the custom icons are still highlighted as being in testing.
2. User Created Icons that I downloaded are not being picked up by Updater. Should they be?

1. Try Update ModIndex again.
2. No. The Mod Updater Updates Mods only.
