No, she's not under the influence of Zerbu's mod because she's not employed in the Medical Career. This building is the hospital and those two sets of double doors and the single door on Cornelia's right are all filtered to only allow Medical Career employees. All filters were set well before any sim entered the lot. Cornelia is an inactive sim in case that's relevant.
Zerbu's mod doesn't push sims to tend to their motives, only to use objects related to their career. The mini fridge isn't one of the medical career objects but that doesn't come into play anyway because Cornelia's not in the Medical Career. She's in the Unemployed (placeholder) Career.

Give 44b a try and see if there's any difference. Hopefully better in the notification, performance and I took a more aggressive approch to attempt to stop the effect you are seeing but no promises.
By the way if you guys run into the "System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary." error just revert to 44a until I have another look. I think I fixed that one but if not it will end up way more annoying than the trapped Sims notification for sure.

2 errors that pops up while loading a save in Egypt, not the one you mention but both: System.InvalidOperationException: out of sync
#0: 0x00017 throw in System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2+Enumerator:Verify State () ()
Haven't made / activate any Door Filters in Egypt.
I'll load up one in my homeworld to see if they occurs as well.

Hmm. Are you sure you've never set any door settings in that save of Egypt? Not sure anything else that would cause that error. I failed to test the update with saved settings so I didn't find that error. That particular one will make any saved settings moot because of where it breaks but any set during the active game session would work. Fix coming shortly.

I've learned my lesson not to export/import MC Custom Filter Settings in a new world, until I get the green light. I'll just remake them for now, which is very less in vacation worlds and close to nothing (as in Egypt).
I did however revert back to 44a as my Sims are visiting Egypt and am not planning to use those Door Filters anyway, once back at home (5 simsdays to go), I'll update to 44b.
