Issue with Hybrids for SP?

I don't really use story progression of any variation, but would like to have Hybrids give birth to Hybrid Sims--that feature seems to work, but my game stops when traveling to Oasis Landing (I get the Dasmx##dll.dll error--xcpt type), and the "Sims 3 has stopped working."

*Tried to delete the portal, replace it, save and try again, but got the same error. (Corrupted objects sometimes cause the error, but this ruled it out.)

I set "Hybrid chance (offspring)" to 50%, and max occult states to "4". I allowed Fairy Wing blends and mutations, but turned off skin blending. I used "Instant Baby" and Triggered age up to confirm that it does work--it did.

UNKNOWN if it affects DESCENDANTS...I'll have to travel after REMOVING SP--which is what I had to do to fix the problem (still would like to have hybrid births though--might have to swap in-swap out for that in the meantime, if that approach works.."in" for times where I don't plan on switching locations, and "out" when I want to move back). Will keep you posted on what I find out.

Note: I will want to keep all other households static other than the one I play (no moves, pregnancies, marriages, career changes, etc.) Does "Enable Progression: False disable ALL of those, or do I need to alter other settings?

K, did some independent testing of my own--had to export all my families, reload them in a new game, and get them the "Almanac of Time" by playing "vanilla", then I was able to re-test...

I only left ONE portal/town--not sure if more will cause an error... I set up all of the mods--SP, Hybrid, MasterControl, Traveler, and Overwatch (enabled debugging and applied the settings I wanted--including Wing Blend rate, Wing Mutations, Hybrid offspring (50%), and max occults in a newborn (4)).

No errors in traveling now, and took out 2 redundant mods (that may have been the problem). Hybrid offspring WILL work, but Hybrid DESCENDANTS don't...they still only receive 1 occult state from the parents...(and both of mine have 3 occult states each--4 different ones between them). I'll consider that a WIN for now (having everything working for now), but Hybrid Descendants would be really cool--imagine all the possible combinations they could be! :D

Possibilities:
1. Hybrid mutations (when 2 sims have the same occult--but only 1 each),
2. Number of Hybrid States (exists, but only works for natural births, not descendant generation), 3. COMBO (1 and 2): Two parents with the same occult may cause a mutation...(Vampire, *Fairy, *Witch--female, and a Werewolf, *Fairy, *Witch--male). This could lead to a 4-occult baby (Vampire, Fairy, Witch, Werewolf--from the parents) OR cause a mutation for one or both of the shared occult states...(Vampire, Werewolf, *(Genie/Plantsim/Ghost random type), Fairy) or (Vampire, Werewolf, *(Genie/Plantsim/Ghost random type), Witch) or (Vampire, Werewolf, *(Genie/Plantsim/Ghost random type/etc.), *(Genie/Plantsim/Ghost random type/etc.)). However, the Plantsim/Vampire combo would be BAD--(heard it's tough to keep them alive :( )
