I just loading an old save I made before I had Nraas Story Progression installed. When I moved my sim into a house I got a message telling me that this was the first time I'd played this neighbourhood with SP installed, and did I want to activate it now? I clicked yes, and immediately got a script error message that read 'Nraas; Bootsrap'. and another about 'Careers' - I don't remember exactly how many careers but it was in the high hundreds. I also noticed a lot of sims standing at the back of Rabbit Holes, looking as if they'd just been evicted. I've seen that happen before following script errors.
The same thing happened when I tried again and clicked no to activating Nraas SP.
This was a special 'starter' save I'd set up, with all the lots I was most likely to use, including several of my own builds. What I'd like to know is, have I seriously loused the whole thing up now, or will it be okay to go on playing this save? I don't really fancy having to set up my starter all over again, this time with Nraas SP installed. .

Question about Nraas Bootstrap
Can we get the full file versions of any script error logs that were generated at our around the time this happened? The on-screen notification of an error is an equivalent of a mod saying, "Hey there!" but doesn't usually tell us what it's trying to communicate.
Either drag and drop the file icon(s) onto a response here to upload or zip them together (if more than one), upload to a third party file manager, and provide a link that grants us access to them.

Question about Nraas Bootstrap
I'm having some difficulty dragging and dropping the file icons here. There are two which appear to concern Nraas Bootstrap, this is the first:
Is that any use to you? I've tried posting the second one, but it seems be taking forever to process.

Question about Nraas Bootstrap
We've got three full files from your upload, doesn't matter how good or awful they look on this message board.
1 - Indeed, you seem to have a custom career from another source that is flawed or is missing its required store content. I think it's the Ballet career? I'm awful at interpreting these, so I might be missing something (Chain could tell you in probably12 seconds when he catches up with us here). But it's the Careers mod that is barking about it, not StoryProgression.
2 - You are running the Smoothness Patch MC compat package file. Sorry, that one has got to go as it's known to cause all kinds of problems and isn't really compatible.

Question about Nraas Bootstrap
Ah, that Ballet career is something I only very recently installed and haven't tried out yet. If it is faulty I will dump it.
And the MC compat package file. Thanks for the heads up.
So you got the three files I tried to post first eh? I didn't think that had worked, and I've just opened a new Mediafire accountt (since my old one seems to have vanished) just so I could post the files there. Ah well, might come in handy another time.

Question about Nraas Bootstrap
Well, I removed those problem mods. And I've just loaded my starter save again, moved a sim into a house, activated Nraas SP, and this time no problems. So, not SP after all. Well, I'm glad I won't have to redo that save, it took a long time to set up..
I must check on that Ballet Career, which came from MTS, and see if anybody else has had probs with it.
Anyway, thanks igazor for your help.

Question about Nraas Bootstrap
I don't see the Store content listed as a requirement on the MTS Ballet Career, but it looks like that error is being thrown because that is missing. Definitely worth leaving feedback that the requirement needs to be listed.
Or if you do have the store content, it's not loading correctly because it should show in the assemblies as StoreObjectsBalletBarre.
Question about Nraas Bootstrap
I wondered about that at the time. The description mentions ballet costume worn by the sims in the career, but I couldn't see how that would work if the appropriate item wasn't present. I have a couple of items installed that could be used, and wondered if I might somehow assign them as career outfits. But if it is a particular Store item the mod is looking for, it would probably not work. Nobody has posted any new comment there since I posted a thank you, so. I think I will do as you suggest. The creator needs to address the problem..

Question about Nraas Bootstrap
CTRL + F and look for [E] which means error and thus the issue(s). 99.9% it's missing store content or malformed XML in a custom career.
Question about Nraas Bootstrap
I will try that.
Meantime I've checked, and both the Stiff as a Board dance floor and the Light as a Feather ballet barre are present in the game, and show as installed in the Launcher. They were amongst the first things I ever purchased from the Store and have been in my game since the year dot, so it is very odd they don't show up in the assemblies.
Could it be because those two items came as a set called DancingCollectionClassic (file name) rather than as single items?
I did post a message to the creator about the problem, and they have responded that they are going to try and fix things. But they make no mention of the dance floor the ballet barre or any Store content.
