You didn't give the appropriate rights for the link, please give us a new link
you can make Dropbox files and folders public by creating a shared link to your file or folder.
Then, set permissions to “Anyone with the link”

Do I have to allow the folder to be editable? I can't seem to be finding the option. I'm gonna try with Google Drive if I can't figure it out

The link was fine for me earlier, DropBox is just starting to be obnoxious about downloading without logging in- I don't think it's user error. You can sometimes find a button to 'download anyway' when there is a popup pushing you to download, but it also looks like it can disappear. Google Drive is a good alternative, the prompt to make it available for anyone should be there when you go to copy the link.

Sorry for the delay, but because this came up on another thread I ended up trouble shooting my own name list and found the options that worked for me (which were quite unrelated to the ones covered in the FAQ).

I covered it here, if any of those settings help- but there is still a chance that some game-spawned sims will appear that SP isn't naming.
