Zerbu’s Ultimate Careers and StoryProgression
I read that Zerbu’s Ultimate Careers and StoryProgression are compatible, however I have Summer Off setup for my school that I’m using the UC mod for. My sim and other teens and children are being pushed to go to school and my sim loses school performance by me keeping him home. Is UC and the SP module that allow Summer Off incompatible? I have everything setup properly: Summer Off Schools: Elementary and High School, etc. Summer Off Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Yeah, that's not compatible I'm afraid. Neither mod knows anything about each other.

It's not exactly the same thing, but I think close. Couldn't the OP use MC to grant all of the students and teachers in town "days off" from school and work respectively to cover the relevant days during the summer season? Or wound Zerbu's mod also ignore that direction?

That I'm unsure of. If the mod honors EA's career system as well as it's own that should work, yes.
