Custom names aren't showing up in CAS

I have the latest version of Story progression. I downloaded the NRaas_StoryProgression_NameList_Tuning File and added my own names. I don't know what's wrong, I did make sure that every name has a space and a comma. "Winifred, Regina, Ophelia" https://www.nraas.net/../../community/d ... Tuning.rar

As far as I know this name tuning is only for new immigrants.

They will not show in CAS.
