override files for EA packs vehicles don't work

I'm trying to download the override files listed in this page:
Blacklisting-EA-Packs-Vehicles
but when I click 'download' it redirects me to a "The requested page could not be found"
For some reason I can't find override files for ITF vehicles anywhere else, can someone please upload a working version of all ITF vehicle overrides to hide them in my catalog completely? I'm getting tired of having to disable all StoryProgression money features just to get my sims to stop buying hoverbikes and there seems to be no easier way to do this than to compile the individual files myself.

I disabled specific cars also ITF ones under Storyprogression itself
General -> Options Purchase > Disallow Cars

I mean you only need to disable them once.

If you want to use your Storyprogression settings also for another world, a new game then there are 2 ways
SP > General > Export to xml
Download the NRaas_StoryProgression_Tuning.zip StoryProgression
and - copy the content from the export to the xml in the tuning with S3pe
This way all games will have your settings as default. (This you can also do with some other nraas mods)

OR use Overwatch Immediate > Export Settings and mark all mods you want
then in the new game import them via Overwatch.

I tried that, but disallowing cars (and even manually going through all of the ITF cars) doesn't stop the purchase of ITF hover bikes, which are classified as a bicycle and aren't listed on the manual 'disable vehicle' list. If you have a way to disable all ITF vehicles, including the jetpack, hoverboard, and hover bike, please let me know

In my List in Storyprogression there are General > Options: Money > Options Purchase > Disallow Cars
- X75_Hoover_Scooter
- ITF_JetPack_Secord_X7

I also set the minimum fund to buy "Cars and Motorbikes Minimum Funds" to 180000, high enough :)
But I checked and no inactive resident has any ITF car or bycicle.
Rich Threshold I also set to 180000.

As I reset my town on every sunday, so I need to sell all items in inactive family inventories, the household funds increase a lot.
then I use MC household > Family Funds (Increases or decreases *adding a minus+value* the cash funds available to the house,
to lower their family fund. Otherwise they would get richer and richer :)

I've never seen anyone buy a jetpack or a hoverboard. One of the hover scooters was missing from the list in SP, the other one needed a reflag. I didn't check whether it's fixed in the newest version of SP, but if not, here's the file needed for a reflag, courtesy of Sitting Bear:

I tried this and it worked for a while, but with those exact settings someone just bought the hover scooter again. Any working suggestions on deleting the hover scooter from the game?

Hm, I don't know why this does not work for you.
I use the current SP Test mods, Money 269c and the X75_Hoover_Scooter is already in the list under Option purchase -> Disallow cars
I simply disabled it here. As my world is smal the sims do not need to have all cars, so they more use bicycles and brooms :)
I do not use that extra object tunings and it works for me.

If you wanna try it use all test versions you normally use like for SP
StoryProgression 269d
StoryProgression Career 269c
StoryProgression Money 269c
StoryProgression Population 269c
StoryProgression Skill 269c
StoryProgression FairiesAndWerewolves 269a

You can delete the cars on sims via MC - Town - Object stats
Filter Inactives + Inventory
Scroll down to objects.vehicles or the scooter... mark and submit/ press ok to delete those.

If this does not work for you either - Maybe someone else has another idea :)

I, too, have the issue of everyone buying the Hover Scooter no matter what I do (even with the newest test versions of all the SP mods). I rarely see them around town because I think the sims prefer to use cars if they have them (and most sims buy a car at some point). But yeah, I really dislike it.

I have no ideas other than what C-Dark has recommended, but I really wish the game classed them as cars instead of bikes so we could "disallow" them like the other ITF vehicles. As it is, I just use MC to flush them all every now and then.

I've never experienced this issue, but in theory one ought to be able to isolate the file for the scooters within the game files using S3OC and create a "modded" version with the price set to something astronomically high so that sims won't purchase them on their own. Not sure, but that may be part of the approach that SittingBear was taking.

Rest assured though that if the player does this, the game will find something else equally annoying to focus the sims' attention on!

I had no idea this didn't happen to everyone with ITF. I just played for 2 hours and 4 sims bought a Hover Scooter. And so it goes in every save where I allow sims to manage their own inventory. Luckily these particular households also have cars so I'm unlikely to see them scootin' around town very often.

All in all, it's not such a bad thing for sims to be focused on buying. Switching households and finding multiple laptops in every sim's inventory is SO much worse.
