Forgot to mention, I was talking about moodlets in effect of course, they're only stored in the BuffManager instance of the Sim when they're active

Every Sim has a BuffManager instance where all moodlets data is stored, along with a TimeLeft variable for each moodlet that can be easily changed via script. It's totally doable and it's not even that complicated so keep this is in mind for when you're ready
