Minor correction to avoid confusion:
I forgot to add a step to the first method, it's in fact clicking on your Sim -> Nraas -> MC -> Basic -> Opportunities.

Then my conclusion is that I didn't give the mod enough time to assign all service Sims and somewhere along the way all the interruptions caused that script error that kept popping up.
