I was talking too a member on mod the sims. He said you need too get your card recognized by sims 3 too get best settings for sims 3. He told me how too make my card work with sims 3.

You should put your card under card 0x0fd1 "GeForce GT 650M in the graphic card file in the sims 3 bin. then the game will read your card and run at correct settings.
