Yep. 100% sure. I've had to open the items various times in s3pe just to verify this. It's just weird.

Changing rabbithole names in CAW with DebugEnabler has never worked for me. It just doesn't stick. You normally don't need a sim to change a venue/lot name, because you can do it via edit town or whatever it's called.
