I glossed over this the first time because I've been a vegan for 20 years and I'm accustomed to that knee-jerk reaction that non-veg people have when they hear the V-word. Their mouths open and it's meat-Tourette syndrome. They are usually lovely people once they get it out of their system.
I guess I always liked to think it was just a bit of unintentional, uncontrollable word-vomit. But you are saying that you were, in fact, Intending To Be Mean? Tsk, tsk.
And this is why I'm a cat person, y'all.

Oh, hey, I didn't say any of it was logical. That's just what the sims in my game are saying to one another during the interaction. xD
I never even play any of the animal traits actively, because I don't generally allow sims to have pets, and I don't want to have some Equestrian spending their life whinging about wanting a horse when I already know that will never happen. But I quite enjoy watching the "conflicting animal trait" dance between inactive sims. (Though it probably wouldn't be so delightful if it were my own sims.)
