I originally posted in an existing thread in Chatterbox but I think I might've posted it in the wrong forum so I'm posting it here as well.

I've been desperately looking for a solution to restore the community events in my game but haven't had any luck yet. Is there a Retuner setting that I can tweak to have all kinds of community events in my game again?

I've had this issue for years now, the only world that has community events is Sunset Valley. I've played in 5 different worlds, original and Store ones (no custom worlds), and none of them had any events except for the Pets related once. I reinstalled my game a week ago and I am still experiencing the same issue. The weird part is that when I disable Pets in Game selector the option to look for weekly events disappears from the newspaper completely.

Hi there. Don't have an answer for you I'm afraid as I'm pretty sure I'm getting the same community events available in most worlds that I play. But it's really not a good idea to post the same question in two different places here, even if this board would have been a better place to begin, because then we tend to end up with two confusing conversations on the same question.

I'll lock this one up for now and encourage anyone who wishes to contribute to do so on the original, older thread here.
