Can i use this mod to
-Remove discounts for first 3 lvl of celebrities (and recognition if also possible)
-Make it so only certain skills that i choose gives celebrity points when lvling up
-Make it in a way so elders can't be celebrities
If so how?

Changes with celebrity settings?
1. Retuner > Settings > General > By Tunable XML > Sims3.Gameplay.CelebritySystem > CelebrityManager > kMinMaxCelebrityDiscount
I'm not sure if you can disable recognition.
2. I don't think there is a way to do this, specify which skills give celebrity points or not. What you can do with StoryProgression is set the amount of Celebrity points acquired when you level a skill up. But this is for all skills as far as I know.
3. Not sure if you can do this with Retuner, but I know you can do this with StoryProgression. Create a caste in which you filter what type of sims you want to prevent from being celebrities (in this case Elders) and set Friendship: Allow Celebrity to false.
