Other sims clap when sim go to retirement

Hello. I have a question about retirement clapping. When my active sim, go to retirement, other sims from other households or other members of my family are clapping. Can be this option turned off in Retuner? I dislike it!

I am not in-game to check, but if you look into this tuning mod with S3pe you can see the path somewhere in the first lines of the XML,
it's maybe tunable with Retuner, so you not necessarily need this tuning mod
