dew fighting

No one knows everything this mod can do. Did you know you can tune the size of your sims nostrils with this mod? I'm kidding.

is there somewhere in the retuner mod to edit the dew fighting interaction? i'm wondering if it's possible to make it available outside of utopian oasis landing?

Well, when looking into it I found the MTS thread you made in 2016 asking the same thing and receiving the answer that it was hard-coded... so I imagine not a lot has changed since then :P But I suppose I admire the seven years of commitment to the idea.

From looking at the ITUN myself, none of them have world restrictions applied by tuning. You can double check in Retuner if any of them have such a flag to remove, just in case I missed it.
But it's likely the info previously given was correct, and it's defined in a script rather than a tuneable value.

alright, well thanks for the reply anyways. yeah, i thought about trying to make a mod myself back then but it turns out this whole modding thing is way over my head, and since it's apparently frowned upon to request mods most places it's never come to be.

Script-level modding is quite complicated, especially for anyone who doesn't have a background in programming. It's way over my head too, even when I'd consider myself competent with many other areas of the game. That standard of difficulty definitely adds to the negative connotation requests have, as even for those with the right skills it's quite a lot of unpaid work.

The TS3 modding community is quiet these days, but there are still pockets of activity out there. You may be able to find some people to collaborate with, or at least discuss the process, if that was something you wanted to seek out :) If it's something you really want to implement, I think it would be worth seeing what a few combined minds can come up with.
