The time stopping notify keep popping up even while my sim isn't any romance nor in a group, I believe this is a glitch, even if not it is still very annoying.
Is there a way to completely disable this?

I think this popup happens for inactive groups, possibly due to something that SP is doing to create groups where no active is involved. I'm not sure if it's intended behavior.

I'm pretty sure this issue is a game bug and not coming from StoryProgression.
