The Sims Wiki states that No Jealousy hasn't worked since Generations, but I use it for maintaining poly relationships without any mod intervention just fine. That's having it on all sims involved though.
I also don't think the point of No Jealousy is to allow serial cheating, but to allow serial homebreaking- or at least it may have accidentally been patched to only work that way. The difference being, you can have a mistress without their spouse ever noticing but you couldn't have two mistresses without them getting upset at you and each other. If you're being accused by your own romantic interests, I think that's intended behaviour.

As far as fixing it goes, do you have NRaas Woohooer in play at all? Just by default it makes a lot of changes to how jealousy works, largely in the area of making sims less psychic about these things. That might be enough to only require your sim to subtle about these things.
Or indeed, the more heavy handed options mentioned above like retuning the accusation, disabling jealousy entirely, or using MC to give all parties the LTR.
though the truth is that no jealousy LTR has to be on the sim who will do the cheating... so far its working with woohooer but I still had to disable the accusation in retuner just to be safe

now my issue is that I thought with clean slate it will return the history back to 0 but apparently no since the total amount of times still retained the old number but since I'm playing a love triangle what was once 2 is now 4...... I want to turn back this statistic to "normal" but I don't know how to do it ingame I think cheat engine can do it but I'll have to figure something out

Not yet. I've been resisting it because I already have Master Controller, Story Progression, Retuner, etc. And I hardly understand any of them and it looks like Woohooer changes a few things by default that I don't necessarily want enabled. But maybe I should. Because my sim's love interests not being psychic would be nice. I was trying to set up a poly household but it didn't work so I abandoned ship. Despite them having no jealousy relationships tanked when one saw the others getting flirty. Mostly I stick to monogamous relationships, but one of my sims likes to travel the world and wreck homes. The Cassa Nova moodlet is pretty awesome, but it sucks to lose that ability when a love interest accuses your sim of cheating out of nowhere and gives that Sim the cheater reputation.

In case it helps relieve some of the stress of mods having unknown effects, MasterController and Retuner (among a few others) don't actually do anything at all by virtue of just being present. MC in particular is a player-controlled command center. So is DebugEnabler, as another example. If you don't ever issue any commands, those mods are just taking up pie-menu space and nothing more.

Retuner is another example of a mod that does not change gameplay in the slightest until or unless the player uses it to adjust some tuning settings.

StoryProgression is a different matter and does carry quite a learning curve. So does Woohooer, which is really just a romance manager, to a lesser extent.

I did not know that. I thought MC did a little bit more to keep things running... besides what I command it to do like reset a sim and such. But thank you for clarifying that.

I have noticed that Story Progression has a lot of features of which I have not been taking advantage. I'll probably be experimenting and posting for help quite a bit more in the future to tune that.

While it's possible for the EA LTRs to work if given to all members of a polycule, another neat option of Woohooer is the Polyamorous Woohoo Jealousy (disabled by default), which removes jealous reactions if all sims involved are romantic interests of one another.

You can check out the Woohooer documentation if you decide to try it out, and use it as reference of what is on by default if you'd like to go in and switch it off until you want it.
The FAQ also covers what it does and why :)

Yeah, I've been reading it over. Hemming and hawing as to whether I should get Woohooer or not. But stuff the trait scoring, for example, confuses me a bit. Do I want it? Don't I want it? I'll probably definitely get it later, but expect a few "what does X do?" posts from me. lol

back into the shenanigans I go.... for me I think Woohooer is fine it also makes Retuning Romances less... fiddly of course disabling some social actions with Retuner also does the trick it all depends on what effect you want to get, for me Romance from Kiss set to false is ideal to have a better polyamory lifestyle and then set the sim radius to be negligible
