You appear to have a mod from another source that is concerned with how sims gain a suntan and what sims' reactions are to having or being near someone who has one. And if I've got this right, the mod is outdated or just broken.
If you have no idea what I am talking about, my suggestion would be to try a test run of the save with only NRaas mods in play and the five cache files on the top level of your TS3 user game folder cleared (deleted). If the errors stop and do not return, it almost has to be something you just removed that was triggering them.

Right. I mean, start with removing all non-NRaas mods. If the issue does still persist then proceeding further with a 50/50 won't accomplish anything and we'll have to take a different approach.

I'm back, and as everything worked fine with only NRaas, I 50/50ed, and turns out, the Scarier Ghosts mod is at fault, or rather, my inability to read install instructions, because I didn't notice I need to download the script utility mod, too. Now all is well. Thank you.
