The lovely moderators at MTS reached out to LazyDuchess on my behalf and the Smooth Patch upload has since been updated to remove the LazyDuchess.SmoothPatch_MasterController.package and all references to it in the install instructions.
I hope this will be a turning point for everyone to get the most out of what is otherwise an excellent plugin, and that we start to see less of this unsupported file reoccurring in ScriptErrors as time goes on. My thanks to the moderators, LD, and the users here that reached out to me about the issue
