Script errors on a regular basis from one Sim

My Bridgeport save gives me script errors on a regular basis from Ebenezer Clavier. Most of my script errors come from him and they all look similar to this one. It's fairly lengthy and my knowledge is limited, so I don't really know what's happening. Is there a way to remedy this so I don't get script errors all the time?

This error is showing up on the sim, but it looks like it's really a community lot object that is causing it. Ebenezer is trying to play the piano at a place (the Plasma 501) where a wall or community lot stereo speaker is playing radio music. The speaker is trying to shut itself off but cannot. I would suggest replacing the stereo speakers on this lot.

That's pretty harmless as far as script errors go, but it's probably very annoying to Ebenezer. :)
