I've suddenly become unable to click on one of my sims while I have him selected or his phone, but the other two sims in the household are fine. Whenever I click this sim I get the message: ScriptError Sherita Spaulding. I tried using resetsim on her and when I looked on Master Controller on city hall she wasn't listed anywhere. Getting rid of the smart phones worked until I closed and restarted the save, then back to square one. I discovered that when I clicked her portrait from the error message with the game paused she would appear in the street until I clicked play. I was given the advice of triggering her age transition until she died, but she isn't able to age up. I was able to add her to my household which fixed the problem with my other sim, but when I forcibly killed her I was back at square one. I added her to my household again to see if I could just evict her and solve the problem after restarting without saving but when I clicked on edit town it said I couldn't click that while my sim was dying. Fixing invisible sims didn't help either. This is driving me nuts. This isn't a premade sim and I have no idea where she's come from. This is the info from the script error logs:

We need to see the script error log in its entirety in order to help figure out what's going on here. The snippet you have copied and pasted doesn't tell enough of the story.

If you could, please drag the file icon of the script error log onto a response box here and let the site's upload manager do the rest. If that doesn't work, you could also upload the file to a third party file host like DropBox or GoogleDrive and provide a link that grants us access to it.

So, when you click your sim... that's the error you get? That's incredibly odd if so. There's no menu code that does instantiation that I'm aware of. The error is an EA issue with dead sims that should definitely not be affecting your pie menu.

I'm not sure what voodoo you've done with adding to the household and killing etc but hopefully you have a save you can go back to before you did that. After install Selector here and try clicking on your sim. Provide the error it generates.

Sorry it's been a few days, but it seems like the mod has fixed it. After I added it, I could click on my sim but not his phone, which didn't bother me as much. When I clicked my sim I would get the original error about that nonexistent sim, but also a Selector error for his phone. I didn't know if there would be a file for it like the ErrorTrap files, so I kept checking but then after coninuing to play it for a while I could click his phone and both error notifications went away. So thank you for helping me, I much appreciate it.
