There are no romantic interactions available at all, no matter how well they know eachother. What do I do? I have all the right settings for it. What do I do?

Woohooer allows teen-adult romance by default, but make sure you haven't disabled it.
If that's not the issue, are you using StoryProgression? SP blocks teen and older romance by default. The easy test is to change this setting to False:
Woohooer > General > Link to Story Progression
If you set it to False and the interactions return, then set it to True and they disappear again, you've demonstrated that SP is the cause of the block. If not, turn on Woohooer debugging (also under General) and hover over one of the grayed-out options. You'll see why it's blocked and can go from there.
Only enable debugging with the game paused, and disable it before you unpause, or else real-time debugging will spam you with errors and drag down performance.

I have it allowed, but it wasn't enabled by default.
