I might've found a goof in Retuned Attraction by Fentonparkninja on MTS- muscle definition still affects the score. I did a little testing with MC and Woohooer. If one sim has a maxed muscle slider, it adds about 25 to the score, and if both sims have it maxed, it's 50. I assumed it was removed alongside fame + wealth + skills as contributors to the score. But then I realised the mod description doesn't mention muscle/weight anywhere, nor do the package files (at least VarietyAttraction) in S3PE. So it might've been intentionally overlooked.
That means that the muscle slider affecting attractiveness was either added by Woohooer, or it was already in the vanilla game, and neither mods change it. I think it's the latter but I wanna ask for confirmation JIC. Thanks for any help.
Note: I'm not using the Scoring module
Does Woohooer make muscle tone contribute to the attraction score?

Does Woohooer make muscle tone contribute to the attraction score?
AFAIK, and our developer should correct me on this if mistaken, Woohooer potentially changes what the game does with sims' attraction scores. But it does not in any way influence the formula used when the score is calculated.
The "score" two sims get when in the same room with each other, as reported by Woohooer's Scan Room function, has mutual attraction (hence the game's attraction score modded by others or not) as an important ingredient. but it's not the only one. This is the reading Woohooer uses to determine if two sims will move towards and into...uhm...(looking around, are there kids in the room at the moment?)...special adult hugs. Oh okay then, woohoo.

Let me cut into your topic, because, wow, what a discovery! By the way, what kind of wealth is taken into account? The presence of a luxurious house, or is it the simoleons that count? Igazor above talks about evaluating different characteristics, as a result of which the characters will be attracted to each other, but even with Scoring, it seems to me that sooner or later any characters can be attracted. However, sometimes it might demand a special time... I don't understand how it works, but sometimes even incompatible sims end up falling into each other's arms anyway. And, by the way, we know a lot of buffs for attract, but there is almost nothing in this system to eliminate sympathy except the opposite trait. And temporary buffs like garlic breath are just nothing. No, seriously, it only lasts a couple of sims-hours, while you never won't get rid of muscles, celebrity status and wealth without cheats. Perhaps this system was not so deeply thought out in TS2, but at least everything was obvious there.paternalcygnusolor wrote: ↑November 29th, 2023, 2:12 pmmuscle definition still affects the score.
