EA option
I am sure this has been asked before, bunches of times lol but I was curious if we should turn the EA story progression option off in the options menu.

The setting in Game Options dictates what happens if/when NRaas SP is switched off, that is SP > General Options > Enable Progression > False (or if the SP mod were to be removed). If checked, EA progression will take over. If unchecked, then no progression. It has zero impact when SP is in charge.
Having said that, there's always going to be a sim minute or two at the beginning of each game session where the Script Mods like SP have not yet fully loaded. In order to avoid the accidental engagement of EA's story progression for that brief instant where it might suddenly decide to do something unwanted, best practice would be to switch it off and leave it that way in the Game Options.
