ok so in retuner i have the give flower social interaction set to false but i still see sims around town giving out flowers i dont want this behavior happing at all

I don't know if you can get this option appear also when clicking a sim using Retuner where you can set autonomous false, which is changing the itune. Or the flower in your inventory. If not

there is an itune tuning over at MTS, if this wasn't changed by EA in later patches, it should still work
