It is difficult to tell when we don't get the log file in its entirety as they are nearly impossible to read this way. But I think this is a routing error at the session startup. These are usually harmless, but having GoHere in play should take care of them.

There are a few EAxis lots in Twinbrook that have unroutable parts of the home (at least two I can think of off the top of my head, the one with the flooded swimming pool and the one with the broken house pieces because the door of the ruin is set to the front door instead of the one on the house) that gave me a fair few routing errors whenever their residents went home. For whatever reason, inactives really want to walk on foundations they can't access in their spare time.

Just worth keeping in mind, if you start to see more from the same sim all the time. They'll get stuck-checked eventually, but you can also replace their homes if the notifications start to bother you.
